Wayne Hawkins

Wayne Hawkins is a seasoned finance professional with over three decades of experience in both lending and borrowing roles. Holding a BA in Business Economics and an MBA from Kent State University, Wayne began his career in commercial banking, specializing in real estate lending at institutions such as Goodyear Bank, NCNB of Florida, and PNC Bank. This foundation in financial management and real estate acquisition set the stage for his future success in business consulting and strategic planning.

In 1994, Wayne transitioned to the corporate sector, joining Roberds, Inc. as assistant treasurer and later treasurer. There, he managed the design and construction of 12 new stores and a warehouse, overseeing more than 2 million square feet of development and securing institutional financing. His role as Chief Operating Officer for Performance Home Buyers further expanded his expertise, where he led the acquisition and rehabilitation of hundreds of underutilized properties, enhancing the company's portfolio.

Since founding Peak Consulting in 2002, Wayne has used his extensive background to provide tailored business advisory services to small businesses. His deep understanding of both operational and executive aspects of business, coupled with a hands-on approach, has guided hundreds of business owners through growth, financing, and strategic planning.
